8 days on Nicorettes and now 30 days nicotine free. Some days it's just plain hard without my old friend the ciggy. I'm hoping this is going to get easier.

Hi Fagless and welcome to quit support😊

Congratulations on your quit and nic free as well, fantastic👍🏼

Yep it's hard and that's the truth but it does get easier as we learn to cope without lighting up. Our brain has a lot of learning to do so please be patient with yourself coz as you know learning new things takes time☹️

The breathing techniques under pinned posts are very helpful when the cravings hit. Excercise is another great way to help. Try to focus on all the good things that not smoking gives us. Your freedom is priceless🚭 Be very proud of yourself💐

Our motto is NOPE not one puff🚭🚭

Here's to a healthier and wealthier future😊

Good morning☕️☕️☕️☕️ Some people have an easier time than others.. I struggled with my psychological dependence on smoking for months but some people are energetic and forget about smoking fairly quickly  .... We are all different... Just keep reminding yourself why you cannot smoke anymore.... It's just too much of a gamble for everyone..  1 puff =1 pack 😷😷😷😷🚭🚭🚭🚭 xx
