Good morningggggg !!!

20 days smokefree I can't friggin believe it....Had a holiday party yesterday and was drinking and everyone was smoking..I don't know how i did it but i did not have one puff..I am so proud of myself....Cheers to me and to the next 20 days...Whoo Hoooo

20 days is just great.... You're over the worst.... It gets steadily better now..... It's not easy, but so worth it....... I have to be careful when I get down...... That's when i think I don't care anymore and I have to really fight the urge to have a drink and light up.... but I really want Monky to be able to give me my 3 month badge on Christmas Eve hahaha. ..... I'll hang in there just for that and NOT ONE PUFF
