That's how it works Bevie-good for you!!! Have you set your quit date yet? At first, that was the scary part for me-making a commitment I wasn't sure I was gonna be able to keep. But the Champix kicked in and it was ok! I'm not saying it's been a breeze but the tablets certainly helped me kick the habit and I did finish the course as my GP advised. Think it set me up really-I'm not sure how I would have done without it. Will be thinking of you Bevie as the days go on-stop by here & just check in with how you're doing. Much love Poll X

So inspiring to see others staying cig free. I'm 2 days off them and on day 18 champix. No cravings at all this morn (my worst time, always) so feeling very hopeful. Was a bit worried as it took a bit longer than I thought for the tablets to have any effect. Just wondering if anyone has any breathing techniques to do until craving passes. Thanks in advance

Hi Rosie and a big warm welcome to quit Support,

Does this make your quit date 27th February

Do take a read of the pinned posts and as Arizona mentioned, there is a great one on breathing and craving busters.

It does get easier πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€
