Hi Bonnie, im on day 10 and i feel exactly the same :( sleep is not an option for me at the minute, so i know exactly how you feel. Just try and focus on the positives and know that this is only temporary! :) xxxx

Bless you, it must be hard having the little ones around, luckily i dont have anyone to look after so can just try and sleep whenever i get the chance!

My cravings have been OK, nothing to crazy, but i have been struggling to sleep, have weird dreams that revolve around smoking, and my appetite has definitely peaked a little (which i have got to be careful of, otherwise i wont be able to fit into my chair at work :P)

What about you? How are you finding it, other than the lack of sleep of course? xxx

sleeplessness is a very common part of recovery...I quit cold turkey and really struggled with going off to sleep...if i was absolutely exhausted i would fall asleep and wake up a couple of hours later...i really feel your girls pain :D

In terms of lungs aching...I had a very tight chest..if i was going to sneeze, i had to brace myself..it felt like my rib cage was going to snap in half..

I can tell you both that these symptoms of recovery do pass.. :) :)

stay strong as you are doing just awesome

Hi all

I seems to have the same issue, it takes ages before I fall asleep at night, this is day 7 for me, I m using e cigs to beat the crave, but insomnia it is now a big problem, will go to doc in a week time to see if any improvement.

Good luck :)
