Hope everyone is having a great smoke free week. Cannot believe it in 4 days I have officially been quit for 5 whole months how quick that has gone. Not had any cravings what so ever. I've taken up jogging with my kids. Still take my ecig where ever I go but on a lower dosage now by the time I make a year I wanna be off it totally so looking promising 😊. Just preparing to start decorating the living room. Getting new carpets and new sofas so they will never have the smell of nicotine on them what so ever . Thank u to all those who have supported me on this site I really think this site has helped me with my quit
