I really struggled yesterday. My joiner came in the morning and brought fags! I could think of nothing else but just having one! I said to myself what's the point? I am just undoing the good I have done already and will be back to square one. I still have the same motivation to stop and now my daughter has been smoke free since Wednesday. She finds being at home really difficult but copes really well at work. Its the other way round for me. I realise now how the urge to smoke can rear its ugly head at any time however motivated you are to stop.

Well done Wendy, yes it's hard going sometimes but be proud that you kept to your quit. We are tested many times in the early stages of our quit but every time you get through, it makes you a little bit stronger. Mr nic doesn't give up without a fight😩 But you're doing great and I promise you it will get easier so stay determined and you'll win. Weekends can be harder but I'm glad you and your daughter are helping one another to stay smoke free. Good on ya👍🏼🚭🚭😊
