The last couple of days have been a bit stressful, hubby has been poorly and was rushed to hospital with chest pains, we had a lovely 14 hour date night in A&E, he has a pre excisting heart condition so its always a worry when he gets pains. The whole time I was there I didn't even think of smoking...I was to focused on him I think... that is until I went to get myself a coffee, walked outside the hospital and wham, a big fat craving, it was so intense I didn't know what to do! I tried breathing talking to myself, pressing my patch, then I remembered I had some micro tabs in my bag, hadn't tried one before.. well they taste disgusting it made me cough, and then I had a massive sneezing fit, had my legs crossed to stop me wetting myself, my eyes were watering, my nose running.... all this only lasted for a few minutes, but it felt like forever as I did have an audience of about 20 people!! Lol x
