I am using the e-cig for the past 3 months and after smoking for 40 years I think I am going to finally quit the cigarettes. This is time I have ever gone this far without a cigarette its amazing. What are peoples thoughts on the e-cig and quitting the cigarettes

Hi la55 and welcome to quit support.

Congratulations on quitting g smoking, 3 months is just awesome 👏👏

I never used an e-cig, however many of our members have quit and stayed smoke free with the help of an e-cig.

What ever helps to get us off the cigarette is worth it 😀😀

Please let us know your quit date so we can add you to the wall of winners

Hi La55, I to quit the cigaretts by using an e-cig after 45 years :-)

I still use it certain times of the day, but at least I'm not poisoning my body with over 4,000 nasty chemicals from cigaretts.

Congrats on your 3 months quit, stay with the e-cig, hopefully we will be able to stop using that too, Good Luck, :-)
