Yesterday was hard and the first time buying a packet has crossed my mind. pissed off just now as well. I don't how im managing to quit so easily. I even go out and stand for a chat with people while they smoke. Where as a week ago i couldn't even go half an hour without one.

Hiya Euan, you've done very well to get to 8 days and it's quite normal to think of buying a pack but you didn't give in to it. You stayed determined and it passed, so that's a great achievement. I think we're tempted on many occasions to give in or give up but you gave it your all instead, so be proud of yourself. Quitting isn't very often a smooth journey but we have to dig deep and keep going. You've come along way in a week as a non smoker, well done and keep up the good work😊x

I can remember in my early days of my quit journey, you seem to get good days and bad days where that flippin mr nic keeps getting at you grrrrr So please keep your guard up and be ready to flippin FIGHT him if he comes a calling
