Day 6.......lethargic and nauseous

What is going on with me....... I cannot believe how addicted I am to cigarettes......cigarettes should be illegal......seriously.......smoking is one seriously dangerous addiction......... I am in bad withdrawal right now......BUT.......I refuse to start again.........this is a real eye opener for me.........I'm not using the patch or the nicotine gum........ Cold turkey for me.......I need to heal my body and I want to be healthy from the inside out mentally and physically........hang in there everyone who is feeling the pain of withdrawal🌺
