Day 24

Day 24

Hello all you non smokers. I'm finally over the physical withdrawal ie: headaches, nausea, fatigue etc. Now it's just a matter of taking one hour at a time and not lighting up and remembering my reasons why I have to stay away from cigarettes My reasons are 1. Women in my family who smoke have strokes at my age. 2. I want to grow old without being disabled by cigarettes. 3. I don't want to give the tobacco industry the satisfaction that they have addicted me to their chemicals and in the end they have killed me

  • The cat in your lovely pic looks a lot like my cat, he was a stray and very sick and hungry when I took him in😢 After an emergency trip to the vets which cost me a small fortune I was told I was mad but I appear to have "sucker" written across my forehead where animals are concerned😂 I consider it a far better way to spend my money than smoking so we're both happy about that😊

You have 3 terrific reasons to stay quit Arizona, so good on ya and your pets are so much healthier now as well😊x
