Hello all you non smokers. I'm finally over the physical withdrawal ie: headaches, nausea, fatigue etc. Now it's just a matter of taking one hour at a time and not lighting up and remembering my reasons why I have to stay away from cigarettes My reasons are 1. Women in my family who smoke have strokes at my age. 2. I want to grow old without being disabled by cigarettes. 3. I don't want to give the tobacco industry the satisfaction that they have addicted me to their chemicals and in the end they have killed me

The cat in your lovely pic looks a lot like my cat, he was a stray and very sick and hungry when I took him in😢 After an emergency trip to the vets which cost me a small fortune I was told I was mad but I appear to have "sucker" written across my forehead where animals are concerned😂 I consider it a far better way to spend my money than smoking so we're both happy about that😊

You have 3 terrific reasons to stay quit Arizona, so good on ya and your pets are so much healthier now as well😊x
