I've added an extra day from somewhere I dunno how that happened today is day six. No cravings, bit of a dry throat this morning even cut back on the ecig only use that when I really need to now. Can't believe tomorrow will be my first week not smoking 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

As for your error, I thought I was in the wrong and had your quit date wrong cos av only got one brain cell see and that dosnt work that well sometimes All sorted out now

Yes, I know just what you mean, in our early days of our quit, our brains are all over the place but it will settle down soon although saying that, I'm very nearly 16 months quit now and mines still all over the flippin place
