I'm 4month smoke free ill never go back thank you all for continued support. I'll never leave the group. Now my wee aunt Margaret has lung cancer but a chemo tablet is working and she has quit smoking. So has my cousin mark. I'm dead pleased for them both as they were heavy smokers. But the reason I'm hear is to say everything is good except the dreams has anyone else had crazy mad dreams since they quit. I mean every single night??? Help please vicky

I have really weird dreams too but not every night😟 it's great news that other members of your family have quit too, you really are a great example and I'm glad you're staying with us😊x

*waves hand* Yup, I'm having more dreams than usual and about things dredged up from the past which I haven't thought about for years. Some anxiety dreams too. I'm hoping it'll lessen soon as I don't feel rested if my head is full of remembering dreams when I wake up

Me too everything from my boyfriend cheatin too my snake eating plants!!!! I wake up wondering if it really happened!! 4month in and gettin weirder!!
