Hello

Hello everyone!! I haven't posted on a while. I'm still happily smoke free!! But strangely enough, I've been having "smoke dreams." I wake up in between sleep and complete awareness so angry at myself for smoking. It feels so real,even my throat is sore. Thankfully, just bad dreams.

I hope everyone is doing fantastic!!

😁😁😁😁 looking proudly at my 5 month winner badge! It's hard to believe it's been that long. Quitting smoking was one of the best choices I've ever made for myself and my daughter.

I found your group 2 weeks after I quit. 😎😎

Thank you!! Im so happy that phase of my life is over!!! I feel fantastic! My kid was super happy at first...but she's so used to me not smoking anymore that she's lost interest. Haha!!!
