4 months

yipppeeee can't believe it is four months still have the odd pangs, but they soon disappear if I smell cigarette smoke.

hi there well done for packing the fags did you go cold turkey or with gum or patches i when cold turkey 12 years ago and i feel sick now if i smell fag smoke hope you will keep up the hard work take care bigalan

Thanks bigalan , I used Champix tablets for around six weeks and some chewing gum but after that I had nothing as I found the chewing gum was giving me heart burn

Well done to you for going cold turkey that is a lot of will power you have, I know what you mean about fag smoke turning your stomach what a horrible smell.

Thanks for the encouragement I have no intention of smoking ever again as I feel I have done the hardest part and it would be silly to go back to living my life around Mr Nic

many thanks and well done it's not easy packing in the fags if you have been smoking for a long time. i tired different things but in the end i just said that's it as i finish work that friday i made sure come monday i had no money or bank card with me and remember i was HGV driving at the time but that was 12 years ago but keep up the good work may i say it feels now has though i've never smoked at all take care bigalan
