A smoke free year.

It is one year today since I gave up smoking. This site helped me so much in the first months. I had terrible sleep problems and nightmares at the beginning. Other people on here had gone through the same things and could reassure me that it would pass. I stumbled across the site by accident, if I hadn't I would probably have given up giving up. Made sure that my GP knows about the site so she can tell other people. I am now attempting to deal with my weight problem (had it before I gave up smoking). So far since December I have lost 24lb so it is very slow but it is going. Good luck to everyone who is quitting.
