Eeeek - yesterday I thought I had this sorted today a different story -got up feeling irritable and am finding it a real struggle today - my head is telling me it's ok as almost 3 weeks - I don't need to go backwards but that little nic monster is saying I did 8 years and failed - oh my - must must stay strong today x

Sorry that you are having such a horrid day, but you can beat the little Nic monster.

Just remember that you are now in charge not him, tell him to go away as you really don't need, want or like him anymore😀

Hiya Shaz, please please please don't listen to that nicotine monster. He is not your friend but your enemy. He wants you back but you're not going back. Shout, scream or thump a cushion but do NOT listen to that little voice dragging you back. He will visit from time to time but you have to be stronger than him. You can do it and sending stay strong hugs to help. There's a post on here about little angel on one shoulder and devil on the other and it explains so well about the fight between the two. I'll see if I can get our lovely Lin to bump it up for you😇😈😊x
