Hiya Sarah and congrats on nearly 2 weeks quit, brilliant👍🏼

Don't worry about next week coz everyone experiences their quit in different ways. What is hard for some is easier for others and visa versa, just take one day at a time and they really do add up. Keep doing what you're doing as you're doing great😊x

As Briarwood says, we are all different :o sooo, we all have different symptoms at different times as we are going through our quits, soo you could perhaps have an easy week 3 eh :) :)

Try not to think about it and take every day as it comes :) just remember NOPE :)

Your doing ever soo well Sarah :) I would go treat yourself to something really nice :) :)

I need to quit smoking, cause i have to use money from mom. She says she should not give me money to get them, but she knows how it will affect me with out them. Do you have any good ways to reduce the urge to smoke and is there any thing i can do. I only have one left and already getting nervous.

Hiya aggravated and welcome to quit support😊

It's understandable that you're worried about quitting as we all wonder how on earth we are going to manage. It may not be as bad as you think. Apart from the money which is a total waste coz you're just burned money for a 2 minute puff. You will look better, feel better and smell better. Quitting now will be easier than quitting in 20 years time and your health will be so much better. Smoking causes tooth loss, wrinkles and lots more damaging things as well. The most important thing is keeping busy and distracting yourself from any cravings. If you chew gum, it will help. Lots of deep breathing will get you through your cravings. Drink lots of water to flush out all the horrid toxins from smoking. If ya have an urge get up,move around or go for a walk. You will be so proud of yourself and it really is all worthwhile. There's always someone here to help and our mantra is NOPE not one puff ever. Good luck, you can do it😊x

I really hope so, i have smoked for a very long time, and when i dont have a cigarette, i get so nervous, and edgy. I wished i had never started it. I cant take walks right now, cause the humidity and the temperatures are dangerously high, and being outside for short periods of time makes me so sick, i feel as if i am going to pass out, where i sweat uncontrollably. I hope drinking alot of ice water wont give me heartburn, cause it is weird, i get terrible heart burn from drinking water if that makes since. Thanks for your response.
