I must thank all the folks on this wonderful forum.....1 Year today!!!!!.

Before finding this great group I have been fighting this addiction for years....if you had told me 1 year ago that I would stop smoking for 1 Year, I would have said no way.....but 1 year has gone past & i must say that I have been a different person....thank you to all of the admin team & folks on Healthunlocked.....
