This post is 2 days late but whoop whoop 1 year smoke free and I can honestly say it's thanks to the support from all the lovely people in this group who helped me so much with the encouraging messages in the early days.

I don't log on often now but wanted to say a big THANK YOU, and still can't believe that I am now a non smoker.
