Hi All. Its been awhile since ive been on here but ive not disapeared. Its been so busy since Mum passed away in December and with family health concerns Too. All part of lifes rich tapestry.

Hi pete. Im doing ok and thanks for the reply I did get my date wrong tut tut . Yes im managing to get about and about 6 weeks ago in the freezing cold and snow, I managed to walk 7.5 miles above Malham in the Yorkshire Dales. Well I limped rather than walked. Was pleased with myself. Ive found an Amino acid that opens up the arteries and what a difference. Its still painful but the pain no longer beings me to tears like before. I will try and post some photos later. Take care. I knew you would be about somwhere. Ray
