Get you! Well done on making it almost into Day 2!

Just remember to stay in the moment and take each minute, half hour, hour, half day, day etc....as it happens. You will have your ups and downs and positives and negatives but most things you feel are normal and you just need to ride the roller coaster through ;-)

You can do this and we have every confidence in you :-)

When I quit cold turkey especially on the first day I just constantly kept myself busy till it was bed time and that helped me to quit that first day keep it up! It does make you feel better, but not only do you need to deal with it physically but also emotionally.

Hiya foxyeric and well done, I see you are restricted in your walking but I have a few suggestions which you may feel free to ignore if not suitable :)

After my last surgery I had to spend a long time in bed but I was given exercises to do and they helped me get back walking, so I thought if you google exercises in bed it might help :)

Do you read or play games on your tablet coz it's a great way to keep your mind busy :)

I have a neighbour who has restricted mobility and is pretty much housebound but she plays scrabble on line and swears it keeps her sane :D She stopped smoking 10 years ago and always says if you can't climb a wall, find another way round, which I think is brilliant :)

Stay strong and you can do this, day 2 whoopee :) x

First day without smoking is a big achievement already. Keep the discipline and you're willingness to finally say goodbye to that bad smoking habit of yours. Keep yourself inspired of getting a healthy lifestyle, free from the negative effects of cigarette. I know you can do that! Good luck and Congrats!
