Still going strong (both the abcess and the not smoking). Can't say I haven't been tempted the pain has been awful and even now that it is draining, I still feel poorly. But will not be beaten by either of these things.

Hi Karen well done for not smoking you are doing really well. I hope you feel much better soon. Keep your chin up hun xxx
Lovin the picture Karen, just sooo cute
I guess you're not feeling too good yet, but you will
So glad that you're staying strong in your battle, well done
You're putting up a great fight and you will be the winner
Sending soothing hugs to help you recover x
A massive well done to you Karen a week is a great acheivement especially with all your pain, poor you it sounds terrible. Have to confess your photo and chipmunk comment made me chuckle though. Good luck and hope your mouth starts feeling better soon x
Toooooo flippin rite Karen cos your a Winner gal and nothing will beat you this time
I can see that your a fighter just hope I dont bump into you sometime
Tell ya what gal, your looking younger and prettier every day just dig them specks
I wear specks like that every day and even have gingerish hair. A few weeks ago when I was told I had copd I felt as low as I've ever felt but in the time I've spent looking at posts and talking to people on this forum I have realised how lucky I am to have a good family and people who support me.
So thank you to everybody who has replied to my many and daft messages. Oh and monkey I am the teacher the kids don't want to be sent when they have been bad or so they tell me!
Hi Karen, I do hope you are feeling better pretty darn soon xx
Lovin' the chipmunk too, although I'm pretty sure it looks nothing like you Make the most of your abscess and use it to your advantage in helping you over the worse part of early days of stopping smoking. You can do this, just remember that!
