5 months smoke free

Hi folks....well I have been away for a while doing C25K and I could not have done it without the help of this great forum....I have been smoke free for 5 months now....wow!!!!, and I am now able to jog, run and sprint for the first time in over 15 years....Admin can I have a new badge please?? 5 months 1st October 2014.....
