Yes its my second day out of bed for the past 4 weeks. First of all thank you all for all your kind get well messages , vibes, hugs,etc. I honestly didnt think I would be needing all that help but boy I sure did. Heart attack I couldnt believe the ambulance crew when they told me. I thought I was having a panic attack. Then to get hospital acquired pneumonia and a lung infection was bad enough. Just to make sure I stayed in bed I then got a hospital superbug. Hopefully I am on the mend now. Still get very tired so wont be on site all the time.

So if you want a reason to stop smoking there are 4 I have just had. Thats without the lung cancer i had 18 month ago.

Its lovely to see your all supporting each other, and lots of new members joined since I was last on. Will take me a few days to catch up on who`s who etc.

Meanwhile enjoy your smokefree lifes.
