I've just watched a documentary that was originally broadcast last Thursday on BBC2 @ 9:30 (I think) and if you have catch up or TiVo and can see it and need some motivation to stop smoking then if this doesn't convince you I really don't know what will. The second part is on this Thursday again on BBC 2 and explores Ecigs amongst other things.I have to applaud British American Tobacco for being the only company brave enough to be interviewed HOWEVER what an absolute load of b###****s they are having spent the last 30 years denying that tobacco did any harm and that nicotine was not addictive to now produce and market an Ecig to cover their backs as more people either give up smoking or die from it's effects. It's all just totally unbelievable.PLEASE if you can watch it then do.Be warned the bit with the buckets of cancerous lungs is not pleasant.Hugs H x
