I would share my little triumph! just got back from my first holiday in 40 yrs that didnt include ciggies. kept clean, bit hard at first, but didn't give in. kept vaping whilst sipping cold beer by pool getting a nice tan. yipee! ps six months now. wowee..

Thanks yes. No coughing at all cause i usually would smoke more than normal on holiday and cough cough cough.

I am so comforted to know that I could vape and sip beer in the sun. Going on hols at the end of May - Cuba, yippee! I have already been worrying about how to stay quite while sipping mojitos in a country with cheap cigs. BUT I don't ever want to smoke again - nasty, yuk!

Briar, you will do it, especially with your daughter and grandkids to keep you straight

You can do it.just watch out first day. Cause for me that was definitely the hardest. Got there Sun shining, relaxed, usually would be where i would enjoy smoking. Not treated like a lepper, just felt like i should. But just kept vapeing and by the next day it had passed and i was back to normal. Good family holiday and more room in my case for shopping and not having to save space for the cheap ciggies i would normally bring back. Have a great holiday.
