11weeks!!!

I cannot believe I have not put a cig in my mouth for 11 weeks having been a smoker for 46 years. Have done the meal out scenario, BBQ at friends houses and not succumb. Still use the e cig now and again when the going gets tough but feel a happy bunny

I am on the Ecig, but a lot more dependent on it than you by the sounds of things.

Thank you all for your support. Who ever would have thought that it would be so hard to stop smoking. But we're getting there and I look forward to reaching the 3 month hurdle. Then I know I'm on the home run. Good luck to you all. P.s. The best part is saying No I don't smoke !!!!
