This is the first weekend I have trialled my non smoking status in a going out scenario. You know wine and a meal. I started off small my sister and I a Chinese and wine. It was not too bad. I ate.. battling the bloat.... had a sip of wine and found I hated the taste! !!! I don't know who was more surprised her or me. So I just had squash! !!!! I know i know... wild living. I wouldn't say I had a massive craving to go out for a cig just a niggle that I got rid of with my e cig. Perhaps this is the way forward ? Start off small and build up breaking down the difficult without a cigarette events bit by bit?
