Thank you everybody I am so damm proud of myself never ever thought I would be able to say I'm a non smoker going on my first holiday in three weeks no more standing outside in my pjs having a fag hoping no one sees me got 5 e cigs to take with as its a long journey down to corwall but I know I can do it can't believe that seven months ago I was thinking how can I go on holiday without a fag how can I do anything witbout a fag but you can do EVERYTHING without a fag you learn something new everyday love to you all NOPE
