Hi Wrighty, Yes its one of the normal feelings when quitting. I felt like that for about 4 weeks but it does get better. Well done on your 18 days. "Brilliant!" :)

360 cigs, that's a heck of a lot.Well done on the 18 days, the first two weeks I think are the very worst and you're thru that now so all you need to concentrate on is keeping that willpower going.

Lethargy is journalist drink plenty of water and eat good healthy food & it will pass. You deserve to be VERY proud of yourself.H

Hi, I'm on day 14 (with 2 'lapses' so maybe that doesn't count ). I'm just keeping out of my kitchen, where I always sat to have a cigarette. So I sit on my computer in my bedroom where I have never smoked. After a while I feel a little sleepy, so I have a little nap... I reckon more sleep is my body's way of dealing with nicotine withdrawal.

Don't know if other people have similar experience ?

Well done you on 18 days !!

I'm sure (I think) your body is working so hard to heal up (now it has a chance) that it makes you tired. Get loads of sleep...give your body a hand :)

Woke up this morning feeling quite nowty and wanted to fight the world so went down to the allotment and dug over for over an hour then walked the dogs for another hour. Back is aching but feel better. I just want to get to the day where I don't even think about having a cig. It's amazing when you watch the tv how many people are smoking. When I was walking the dogs I kept seeing people outside shops having a quick one so felt pleased with myself that it's another day without a cig. I'm patting myself on the back
