Wooohoooo well done hun, i am quitting with the ecig too, and agree with you, its one thing at a time. Have you started reducing your nicotine yet? x

hi al, yes and no. sometimes i go down, but then i go up again. not because i need to i just do. i just think that after 40 yrs of smoking and the fact i really cant believe i dont do it now just scares m to rock the boat in case it leads me back to the cigs. but i must say dont even want or think about cigs anymore. so i am just being daft but really cant explain how unbelieavable i am finding this. never ever thought this would happen to me. thought me and cigs would be together for life! thats why i promote the ecig to long termers whenever i can cause if i can do it anyone can and be released from this terrible addiction of lighting up that rules your life. xx

Hey Jules,

I hear ya, i too can't believe i have freed myself from the smoking side, and to be fair quite easily so far, i have had my moments, but i am like you afraid to reduce just yet, as i will be so annoyed if i went back to smoking, so i am just enjoying the less pressure of staying smoke free for now, and maybe, just maybe, once i have finished my 2nd bottle of full strength i will drop down but i will have to see how i feel. I have just finished my 1st bottle which would be the same as 200 fags i think, and that was started 5 weeks ago, so actually i am def getting less nicotine already. :) but i will not run before i walk. Got 3 friends the e cig for their birthdays and they have all quit now too :) x

Awesome. Well done jules. I've just reached 5 months and calculated I've saved around 600 pounds but I've spent most of it on food. Think I'm going to need a quit food forum after this haha

Don't worry about the weight, just one thing at a time.Don't fret about the ecig either,it takes a long time to go from cigs to nothing so be kind to yourself & recognise your achievements for what they are..... achievements.

thanks so much. really pleased with packing in the cigs, wont go back, not now, cause if i did i dont think i could do it again, i cant believe i have done it now. i will cut the ecig in the fullness of time, as you say 40yrs fags, only 4 months ecig, i will take it steady. as to the weight well what can i say, i will be a fat non smoker , haha i can live with that, for now anywayxx

i will and thanks, i am in no hurry to push it. i feel quite strong about no fags. dont really think about them now. i just worry about reducing the ecig at the moment , dont want to risk what i have done so far. to me its a bit of a mirricle. cant believe the words that come out if my mouth" i am a non smoker" wicked yes !. you keep going too, together we can all get there.:-) :-)
