Just wanted to say it has been a year today since I stopped smoking and I just wanted to thank everyone on here for helping me on the way. Even although I don't Come on here so much now I still look in most days and your comments spur me on. So here's to the next year. Keep up the good work everyone and remember NOPE xx

yes, he got back yesterday, we worked it out that in the last 8 weeks he has only had 5 days at home...neither wonder i feel like a bus drivers widow. He is not normally away as much, but they have been working on train tracks and using bus replacements. when this take place in regional areas, it means he has to be away from home.
At least him being away has given me a good shot at this quitting with me taking it out on him, I was a little concerned about that as he is such a genuine nice guy and I wasn't sure what to expect after 40 years of smoking, especially with doing it cold turkey. All and all I don't think i have got grumpy (haven't kicked the two dogs or let the birds out).
