Hi Emjay, Yes, I'm back, all in one piece.

Went shopping today and had a lovely dinner with loads of veggies - you don't get much veg over there. I really thought I'd put weight on but weigh just the same as when I went away. I'm sorry to say that I gave up on the pressups on about day 22. I hope you're still going though - should be 37 today? I'm really keen to get back on track fitness wise but I fear the weather will want to upset the applecart.
