A quick hello and Christmas wishes to everyone from me.
I gave up 6 months ago due to health reasons (cold turkey). Still have days when I long to smoke so I read the posts every day for encouragement and tips. To the new quitters, keep going it does get easier and to the old quitters thanks for all your advice on the site.
I've quit for 9 weeks, cold turkey and for health reasons. I'm not feeling the benefits yet bit I am looking forward to, as I know it's going to happen. I am feeling like a smoke less and less and I don't really get any mad cravings anymore but every now and then I get a wave that engulfs me but them passes. I think it's been the hardest thing I've ever done but then think wow 9 weeks that was easy! I spend a lot of time reading other posts on here so a big thank you to everyone for the advice and support xx
