Hi everyone

"Yes" we have got one or two problems with the site and posts are NOT showing - oh well never mind.

Better news is on the road to being MR POSITIVE again - sometimes it just takes time (week in my case) for things to recover.

Okay message to anyone in early days or had a little slip " THIS IS NOT EASY if you are one of us addicted type and it takes some strength to get over those early CRAVINGS - bit like being out at sea in a storm - BUT the cravings pass and how you feel now will CHANGE".

So you can quit again anytime of the day and build up 24 hours and then you are on your way again.

YOU CAN DO IT
