Afternoon Everyone, I seem to be having a rather challenging day today! Twitter account appears to have been hacked and sending bazzaar messages out to followers, my posts seem to be disappearing from here and then to top it all I have a flat tyre!
EmJay you are NOT allowed to have a bad day only us mortals !!!
Well I think you can only get so low and then you have to start coming back up again - so that is what I am doing. Gone on a diet today as it looks like I have a football under my jumper !!! Maybe this is NOT making me feel so good .... well obviously it is NOT, think I can get rid of it in a few days though.
Anyway to all those just given up those horrible, dirty, smelly, yucky, disgusting, stinky addictive things - WELL DONE and stick with it because you will feel miles better (unless you get a football under your jumper) !!
In all seriousness WE all need to give up smoking because of the horrific damage it does to us.
Best wishes
Jonathan

Hi ya Jonathan,
I think we all put some, ermmmm weight on when we quit smoking but this is part of the package I think I have put weight on too, BUT !! I was 11 and a half stone before I started to quit, and I am now 11 and 3 quarter stone
I did go up to nearly 12 and a half stone at one point, but !! I dusted my old rowing machine off, and I give that some wellie now
I tell you pal, exercise just dosnt keep your weight down a bit, BUT it also helps with the cravings !! cos I get on my rowing machine and give it flippin hell I get rid of the craving and loose a bit of weight too
My suggestion is to keep positive on your quit, cos if you can quit the fags, then you will loose the weight easily cos your mind will be trained to do as you say ermmm if that makes sense to you
