Today we have 500 members of the Quit Support Community. 
I don't know how many members have managed to stay quit or are still looking to quit but it has to be the best place to find help, support and advice in the country - and all from the comfort of your own home!
Thank-you to Emjay and all the members who have helped so many along the way. Here's to the next 500 of our ever growing community.

Its a pity we couldn't get hold of some brochures to promote Quit support. I think trying to quit from your own home with the help on line really does help.
