Hi everyone, I just wanted to give an updat on the London Marathon.

As many of you know, I posted in here that I was doing it for the PSPA, and quite a few of you donated. Thank you so much all.

Just to confirm that I did indeed complete the Marathon in 7 hrs 59mins, and got to enjoy the incredible atmosphere of the finish on the Mall.

Thanks everyone who supported me, I raised almost £2,500 for the PSPA

Well done Derek that is a fantastic achievement- you should feel very proud. What a great memorial to David and a fab contribution to PSPA.

Many, many congratulations Derek. Lovely to see your smiling face. Hope the after pains weren’t toooooo bad. I was thinking about you, when I saw the race was on.

Sending big hug and much love

Lots of love

Derek,

Well done. That is fantastic - especially as you explained you did not start out the training in the best shape! 26 miles is a long way to cover.....and well done raising all that money for PSPA.

Richard 🙂
