London Marathon!

Go Guys! I am watching the London Marathon, from the comfort of the sofa. Just seen the flags of the PSPA. Hope everyone taken part on our behalf gets to the end in good shape and raises loads of money!

Never saw PSPA!! Heard someone from Parkinson's was running (probably more than one) but only one named. Heard MSA mentioned too! So at least some of the public might ask what is that? Then switch their thoughts to something else? It will get better if people keep talking about it though. Then maybe people really will ask what??

I was told by someone who teaches yoga that apart from Parkinson's there are another 50 neurological diseases which we don't know about until they happen to someone we know. Very humbling as we just know our one and maybe a couple of other things. So much heartache?

So Heady get in training for next year. You will have so many cheering you on, and if you are lucky sponsoring you too?

I entered the ballot for the third time this year but didn't get in.

I will be running the Great North Run half marathon next year for PSP, I already have a guaranteed place as I joined their membership scheme, so will register with PSPA to get the best to show the colours.

Expect requests for sponsorship next summer, lol
