Well we aren’t in lockdown in Indiana unfortunately there are more than a thousand cases in the area where I live but the governor is not doing a good job ever since March we were in lockdown and then until July everything went back to normal

I have enquired about some voluntary work a couple of days a week myself as it takes your mind off your problems.

Yes I fancy it but I can't as my mam is too anxious ☹️
I thought I was resilient Roukaya but this time of year makes it harder in our second lockdown, daylight just for 8 hours average, doesn't help either! It would be better if I could go to work now! But can't!
I’m glad you are finding a pathway to being reconciled with your insecurities R!! You are certainly not alone with them!- everyone has them!!!!
You have made great inroads and I’m sure that your time is now ripe for the picking 🍒
Life is hard, but none of us want to leave it!!!!!!! My spiritual guidance is my stronghold in these desperate times, and I am gaining an inner strength that I have never had before.
Please don’t look 👀 backwards, - you express yourself so eloquently R, have you got a notebook and 🖊 to record your positive thoughts and tiny blessings for each day?
My family and friends are my great support and help!!!!
I’m involved with a local grieving
organisation that works through zoom- we have crafty sessions and bingo, and I’m coping with my downtime’s on far too much Facebook!!!!!
The days are a b- - - - - - sometimes , but my spiritual guidance is so comforting and is empowering me!!!!
Be honest and open with your support worker and gain strength and courage for your future days and, kick off your 👞 s and start all over again XTherese
Everyone gets times they feel lonely and it doesn't discriminate if you are married or not.

When someone suffers with deep deep depression they can feel lonely in a whole room full of people hearing everything going on around them and just wanting to escape it all xx
Yes experienced that after my Mother's death Christmas 2000! Went through that for 5 month! From year to year I slowly recognised the warning signs but it took a number of years not to feel that way especially around Christmas!
I think I better stay working, it keeps me sane, think retirement would not suit me! 🙏👌☺️🦋🌲⛄
I am learning to realise I need professional expertise in the form of Psychotherapy as this is a site for emotional and positive well being ad this time of horrible lockdown
I realise I am beginning to see I have mental health issues and which have played a part in me trying to pass and find a years work experience
The qualification once attained will be applicable to U.K. only
I hope you are keeping well
It is shocking to see how your friends husband was executed by the Shah of Iran but I also believe in Karma as the Shahs two children took their own lives
I am beginning to realise what ever good or bad we do it comes back to us
I would like to earn a living as I listen to Mum and become mentally exhausted
But I realise as she needs me to talk to as she runs a small property business.
My late wife had a buy-to-let business and bought two properties for me. She managed the business herself for decades but resorted to a letting agent, who, I think, is corrupt: the rent never came to more than the expenses.
The Building Society has been wanting their money back - and, this week, I have exchanged contracts and sold one of the properties.
