Hello everyone, I hope you are all keeping safe given the present corona virus worldwide pandemic. Please remind me, is it vitamin K1 or K2 that is best for us to take in relation to processing calcium, magnesium, vitamins A and D. Thank you. Regards, Tina

Hi Polly, yes everything is well and I hope all is good your end too. I was simply in the process of ordering more calcium/magnesium tablets and there were 2 types, 1 with K1 and 1 with K2 so i wanted to make sure I was ordering the best option. I have my answer now so will get my order in. Keep safe and well regards, Tina
