Has any one taken Wobenzym n (enzyme supplement) after a surgery?

I read about this recently on natural fertiltity website (us) , its seems to have good reviews on reducing pelvic pain, and helping recovery after surgery.

Just wondered if anyones tried it and what did it do for them?
