The bit of skin between vulva & bum '+' alot of pain

What is this iv always had this pain on my period but now days its far to hard to deal with n i cant pass bowl movment without excrushnating pain... Help ... Has any one had anything like this or have any idea what it cud be

I also got a lot of pain there too, with a lot of pain with bowel movements when I am on my period. I have had a colonoscopy which was normal, but what is causing mine is cul-de-sac endometriosis. I had a laparoscopy in 2011, this showed that I have got a lump of endometriosis between my cervix and my intestines. I know what you mean about the pain, sometimes it is so bad! Have you thought about using laxitives or a stool softener from the doctor? That helps to ease the pain as there isn't as much pressure on the lump. Have you been to a doctor to get it checked out?

I have chronic pelvic pain syndrom and as my pelvis is really tense my perineum (between vagina and anus) is also very tight and hurts during a bm. Have a look at the syptoms of pelvic pain...maybe that`s the problem..
