Vulva spasims

Its at the point now when ever i sleep sit in a car r some times just when im standing these spasims happen im fed up with waken in the middle of the night with this i cant stop them and it so unconfurtubll any one suffer with this that cud give me any household tips im at my wits end now. Please help?!

Hi gone, can i ask are these spasims like a sudden sharp pain (some might say like an electric shock ) ?

Only sometimes there more of a discomfort and weird pain feeling when it shocks me is like when im on my period or need to have a bowl movment also tho when im on my period i find it verry difficult to have a bowl movent due to the cramping and the pain in the left side of my pelivic

I have vulvar virbations and shocks as well. I call it the electric fence!
