endo & adeno… pelvic pain related?

hi everyone, I had surgery 7 weeks ago for endometriosis (the recovery was rough) turns out I also have adenomyosis. Since surgery I’ve had pain in my right pelvis and groin area, (daily) usually worse in the evenings. It doesn’t seem to be getting less or any easier as my consultant keeps telling me it will. Has anyone else had this pain and does it go? It’s so frustrating and I feel like I’m losing my mind with it a bit. My right leg feels like it’s trying to disconnect itself from my body, most frustrating feeling.
