Penis Pain and Erectile Fysfunction

Hi everyone,

I am a 55 year old man! I have been experiencing burning penis pain and erectile dysfunction since October 2022. I ha been treated for both bacterial and non bacterial prostatitis but there’s no improvement! Recently I had L3/L4 and L4/L5 lumbar decompression surgery which relief some biting pains in my legs and feet but not my penis or pelvic area!

I am suspecting that I might I pudendal nerve compression! Any suggestions from anyone?

Could be that you have pudendal nerve damage or entrapment. You need to see a specialist in this area, I recommend the Bristol Pain Clinic, Dr Gareth Greenslade to get a diagnosis.

Thank you very much VFR1200! I also suspect the same. I have found Dr. Prof. Pass over in Zurich and have just send an email enquiry to him. Waiting for response!
