Penis pain

Hello everybody I've explained what's going on with me in an earlier post, I'm just wondering for the testicles and penis pain sufferers where about is your pain? My penis pain is on the underside of my penis starting from the bottom travelling up a line that has got longer and more apparant over the past few years... I have to pull my foreskin back to get relief from the torturous nipping but then all the pain shoots to my bellend and it feels like it's on fire... Does anyone else suffer like this, I obviously have all the other symptoms but just would like to speak to someone who might be going through what I am. If you know of anywhere else I could ask aswel that would be helpful. Thank you.

I know there are men on here that have similar issues so hopefully someone will answer you...I think they will tell you it's pfd or nerve related ...people seem to get relief from pt and medication like cymbalta and Flexeril,Amitryptiline etc...what docs have you seen and any diagnosis?

What's pfd? I'm on Gabepentin and lots of other stuff, they believe it is pudendal neuralgia and I'm having an MRI at the end of August... I'm seeing a pt next Wednesday... It's the change in the skin on the penis that is most concerning... All the pain is coming from that line that's appeared.

Yep pudental neuralgia or entrapment are all part of the pelvic floor dysfunction

Yes pulling foreskin back and forth relieves sensation, would you call it pain or very annoying sensation/burning/throbbing, I don’t call my pain as in can’t take anymore, have you pressure points on perineum that when manipulated cause the sensations along the line. Do you feel like their is something deep inside causing this. Have you anal feelings or lower back or lower stomach feelings and strong urges to urinate. If so join the club

I feel like there is something underneath the skin that has caused this line to appear, the penis shrivels through the line and its torturous... The line has just appeared over the last 18 months... I always feel the need to urinate but the tamsulosin has helped a little with that... This line is getting longer and I don't think it is the raphe line that is supposed to be there... No pain anywhere else apart from the testicles.

I have replied to you in another post! im no doc but suffered penis/pelvic problems for years. eventually a physician/endocrinologist diagnosed me with Neuropathy. A cocktail of dulotoxene lyrica and cialis is starting to help me but i have to be on it for months to years to reverse the problem... really might not be related to your problems but here is a suggestion.. urologists can only do so much as i saw about 6 of them with no help at all.. hope this gives you hope. take care

Was it more of a burning glowing through body from deep, feeling like coming from root of penis

Yes on the underside of the penis, it travels right up a scar like line that has appeared over the past few years
