You took the words right out of my mouth honestly seems like your in the exact same boat as me I’m sorry
I had this pain for several years as well. I went through all the battery of tests you have all mentioned. I still have pain. However, I’ve been able to manage it.
I found that taking Gabapentine with Tramadol 200mg extended release it helped me break the pain cycle. I believe my pain originated with sexual related stress (post divorce and being totally std paranoid). With help of medication, physical therapy for my pelvic floor, stretching every day (Periformis, flutes, and hamstrings) I’m no longer in pain 24/7.
Now mind you, this isn’t a Magic Bullet. Pain still sneaks up on me from time to time (stress). However, I live a fulfilling life with lots of great sex.
Hope this helps.

A few months after I wrote this later that summer we went away on a fairly active holiday - long walks and kayaking in Scottish highlands. I was already on the mend, but the walking/kayaking seemed to help hugely - although sitting in the kayak would bring on pain and I was not particularly comfortable in that whole area. By the time we got back, the whole thing seemed to have cleared up. I don't seem to have any symptoms now. I had one very brief (one day) flare up about a year ago - mysterious - but nothing since then. The stretching and massage over a period of time I mention in my link above + that very active holiday seem to have cured whatever was the problem.....
Hope all the above is of some help.
Have you tried physical therapy? You could have pelvic floor dysfunction or chronic pelvic pain syndrome. You need a specialist pelvic floor physiotherapist.
A great book to read is “Heal Pelvic Pain” by Amy Stein,DPT or buy her DVD “Heal Pelvic and Abdominal Pain”. There are some great exercises that may help to relieve your pain.
