Adhesions and eating

Hi I had a recent laposcopy to remove a large abcess on my left ovary from a previous episode of PID caused by a bust abcess. When they got in there they found extensive adhesions and inflammation in my fallopian tube and pelvis area along with more adhesions. I am recovering well and feel stringer everyday. But I just feel so tired and I can only eat tiny meals or I feel poorly not sick or but just really yucky and needing to lay down. Has anyone experienced anything similar could where the adhesions were cause sensitivity to my intestines and bowel. Is normal recovery time from adhesions surgery longer than 4 weeks. I just want to get back to normal.

Yes, I have had this and a kind Naturopath told me to use a product called Wobezym. It breaks down scar tissue and it worked for me post op.

I’ve had 7 surgeries below my belly button and above my pubic bone ….including a fasciotomy of my lower right buttock to decompress a nerve. I still have some bowel pain but it’s subsiding ever so slowly.

Keep hydrated.
